This error can be a result of the following:
- No internet connection.
- Using an old version of SPACE GASS 14. You require at least SPACE GASS 14.11 or greater. Updates available at www.spacegass.com/upgrade
- Virus protection software/Corporate IT restrictions blocking access to the cloud server internet address. To connect to the Titan Cloud licence server, access to https://titanclouddispatch.azurewebsites.net using TCP port 443 is required.
